Stairways regard the promotion of Health and Safety as a mutual objective for employees and customers at all levels.
It is therefore company policy to do all that they can to provide and maintain safe and healthy work conditions. Stairways are also part of Constructionline’s exclusive SSIP member health and safety assessment scheme, which demonstrates that the company has been assessed to the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 and SSIP criteria.

Stairways strong team culture and community spirit are reflected in the role they play in supporting local charities and sponsorships.
Stairways like to give back to their local community wherever possible and work ranges from sponsoring local football teams to supporting ‘In Bloom’ charities and The Princes Trust. Stairways also work closely with local schools, developing relationships with school-age children who are interested in working within the construction sector. Their recruitment plans help to support schools and colleges with quality work experience to help develop their knowledge from an early age and build upon their CV applications for the future.
